Kate Gordon brings more than 12 years of experience in marketing, event planning, and sales. Kate graduated from UMSL with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a Certificate in Public Relations. With her background, she has built a reputation for her exceptional service, strategic insights, and ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Kate’s specialties lie in client relations, event + marketing management, and creating experiences that drive engagement and brand loyalty.

She also proudly serves as Treasurer of The Backstopper’s Development Board, an organization dedicated to assisting families of fallen first responders. Kate also served as the Director of Special Events for the board of Meeting Professionals International from 2018-2020. She also loves to volunteer her time with some of her favorite charity organizations including St. Louis Hero Network, Midwest Children’s Burn Camp, The Leukemia + Lymphoma Society and the St. Louis Division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians.

Outside of her professional life, Kate is fueled by adventure and connection. She loves to travel the world with her husband, spend cozy days at home with her two dogs, Lucy + Vinny, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen (brunch is her favorite!). Whether she is hosting an event, managing a client campaign, or planning her next trip, Kate approaches everything with genuine enthusiasm, creativity, and heart.
