Our Team
Stephanie Widaman
Managing Partner
With a good cup of coffee in her hand, Stephanie leads the agency’s account staff along with various operations of the firm including setting agency policy and business strategy.
She loves work from home Fridays, seeing Black Twig’s clients in the news and relaxing in her backyard with her little girl and husband in Webster Groves.
Nick Benedick
Partner
Nick’s passion for B2B marketing is superseded only by his love for the local community. He thrives on striking the right emotional chords with your customers, representing your brand in the most effective way.
A native St. Louisan, Nick also enjoys demonstrating his capacity for useless knowledge. If you need an extra for Trivia Night, Nick has you covered.
Lauren Freinberg
Partner
Lauren is often seen as an extension to many of our clients’ marketing teams, where she works with executives and managers in Architecture, Engineering, Construction and Healthcare industries to tell their stories across the ever-evolving communications platforms.
She loves exploring the City and discovering hidden gems, especially if it involves sunshine, food and a refreshing cocktail.
Thomas Gatti
Partner, Business Development
Tom loves helping customers solve marketing and sales challenges. The bigger the challenge the more creative he gets.
When not thinking about his customers, Tom enjoys all St. Louis sports teams, Army and Navy sports, and spending time with his wife of 35 years, and Naval officer daughter and Army officer son.
Rafael Gomez
Creative Director
Rafael’s Mission: Help solve problems with good design, strategy and creative thinking.
A lover of all things creative, Rafael enjoys playing drums, good wine, drawing, painting and has started sculpting polymer clay.
Taking walks with his wife, traveling and cuddling on the sofa make life complete.
Debby Sibley
Operations Manager
When Debby comes home from her dream vacation of sipping cocktails on the beach with her husband of 25 years, she returns to an office truly dependent on her knowledge and expertise.
Debby wears many hats at Black Twig, from project coordinator to office manager to accounting. She has been a pillar of organization and structure for Black Twig since the beginning of the company in 2006.
Greg Neunuebel
Senior Account Executive
Greg is a strategic communicator dedicated to achieving client success through media relations, storytelling, brand advocacy and reputation management. He is a media-training specialist skilled in positioning clients as informed industry experts who earn their customers’ trust.
When he’s not pitching media stories, Greg enjoys cooking from his grandmother’s recipe book, planning his next home improvement project and spending time on the couch with his kids.
Greg serves on three local boards of directors and resides in St. Charles County with his wife Brittany, daughter Edith and son Ethan.
Gina Heck
Marketing Manager
Gina’s attention to detail and organizational skills allow for our clients to feel at ease while she’s planning their events or initiating a new marketing plan.
She loves spending time with her husband and pitbull (Gordon Bombay), cooking her family’s Italian recipes and enjoying a glass of sauvignon blanc.
Rebecca Biundo
Social Media Marketing Specialist
Social media marketing is constantly evolving and as Black Twig’s social media maven, Rebecca is continuously developing new digital strategies for our clients that connect with the right audiences and generate the desired results.
When she’s not scrolling on her phone, she’s probably waiting for it to charge.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys creating digital art, exploring all the St. Louis neighborhoods, and keeping up with the latest in pop culture.
Madelyn Randazzo
Account Coordinator
Madelyn is a senior at Webster University, finishing her degree in Media Communications and Public Relations.
At Black Twig, you can find her at her pink decorated desk, sending media pitches, drafting releases, and social media copy. Madelyn is passionate about PR and staying up to date on all things pop culture.
When she isn’t working or studying, she’s usually reading, taking her dog Vinnie for walks, listening to Taylor Swift, and spending too much time on her phone.
Oliver (Skip) Dulle
President / CEO Dulle&Co International
Combining software coding, graphic design, empathy and insight, Oliver is a Jesuit-educated problem solver who wears Brooks Brothers to the office and has worked with clients around the globe.
He never forgets his roots as one of 12 kids growing up in Ferguson. He likes magic, and also loves to amaze and delight clients with unexpected solutions they never saw coming.
David Schauwecker
IT Consultant
With more than 30 years of experience working in IT behind him, Dave has moved on to working for Black Twig part-time so he can enjoy semi-retirement.
He is looking forward to building a cabin near a lake, so he can sit on his deck enjoying a glass of good bourbon or a micro-brew in the evenings, watching his grandchildren play.
Our Values
Black Twig is guided by the principles of our Core Values:
Transparency, Integrity, Responsibility, Quality, Results, Expertise, Client Success
Our Culture
At Black Twig, we are passionate about public relations and marketing as it relates to storytelling and brand building. As the market has shifted to become more digital, we have embraced and adjusted to this shift.
Our open-door policy and open office space promote creativity and collaboration with all of our staff.
Our ability to interact with clients, colleagues and media virtually continues to emphasize the importance of reliant communication.
We work hard so we can play hard, but always remain professional and believe the business of our clients (moving the needle so to speak) to be a top priority.
