In 2020, Black Twig introduced an outsourced premium business services program through our collaboration with Dulle&Co International.

As part of Black Twig’s strategic partnership with Dulle&Co —a business process design and management firm serving trade associations, government agencies, nonprofits, and private companies— We apply our distinct expertise to elevate other professional services, ensuring optimal value for our clients.

Many organizations’ management teams and boards often spend valuable time on administrative and operational issues that don’t directly advance their mission. Our outsourced management services take on these functions, including marketing, allowing leaders to focus on their core work and strategic goals.

This includes a number of services related to management and information including but not limited to:

Knowledge Exchange

Solutions, Metrics, and Idea Exchange for Owners and Executives

In collaboration with Dulle&Co International, Black Twig provides comprehensive management services to owners and executives of independent companies within the same industry who do not compete geographically. Our services include meeting planning and execution, knowledge sharing through a centralized knowledgebase, website management, documentation, administration, and financial oversight.

This exclusive group, limited to up to 12 top firms in their industry, meets regularly to exchange ideas, discuss best practices, evaluate vendors, and share valuable insights. Between meetings, members stay connected through conference calls, web forums, and direct interactions to continue the flow of ideas and solutions.

Concrete Council of St. Louis

We serve as the in-house Public Relations team for the Concrete Council—we are the Concrete Council! Our primary goal is to promote and increase the use of concrete construction in our market. As a nonprofit educational and professional organization, the Concrete Council supports both the concrete industry and property owners and specifiers interested in concrete construction within the region.

For the Concrete Council, Black Twig organizes a range of networking and educational events, including board meetings, the annual golf tournament, and the Quality Concrete Awards dinner. Our team also ensures a consistent presence in local trade and general media, with additional exposure in regional and national publications.

Beyond sharing updates on seminars and events, our PR efforts spotlight significant or innovative concrete projects and “serial users” of concrete, such as public agency facilities or prominent corporate operators. These activities reinforce concrete as a premium, bright, durable, and sustainable building material that offers a lower cost of ownership compared to other construction methods.

DRA Lab members are an exclusive group of North American thought leaders and production experts who collaborate to exchange top ideas and best practices. This collaboration empowers members to deliver the same high standards of expertise, commitment, and excellence to their clients as they do to their patients.

Black Twig, along with leadership from Dulle & Co plans the quarterly meetings for DRA and executes knowledge sharing ideals, website management, documentation, administration, and financial oversight.

The team assembles the Alliance to discuss best practices while sharing insights on industry challenges and innovations. Between each conference, our event planners arrange calls and web forums ensuring the Dental groups stay connected and share a continuous flow of ideas and solutions to enhance their operations and support their clients.
