Koller Craft, a provider of injection molded plastic components, came to Black Twig in 2021 looking for help growing its business within new markets. After years of relying on its long history, great reputation, referrals and word-of-mouth marketing, Koller Craft participated in Black Twig’s Idea Factory to develop an effective, customized marketing strategy to spread the word about Koller Craft’s capabilities.
During the Idea Factory, key stakeholders at Koller Craft met with the team from Black Twig to analyze their strengths and key areas of improvement for the company. Additionally, we worked with Koller Craft to map out their capabilities and the verticals in which they were most successful, in order to target new markets with the greatest opportunity for success.
With the Idea Factory complete, and new markets uncovered, a full marketing plan was created to reach these new audiences. We used Koller customer successes to build a series of case studies to use as marketing pieces. We then earned opportunities to publish these success stories in media outlets that spoke directly to our new target audiences. We could then use these case studies and earned media placements to create new website content, social media posts, sell sheets and blogs to grow the brand and better educate customers and prospects on Koller Craft’s extensive list of capabilities.
